    KARTALKAYA PISTES ARE UNITED!

    The day has finally arrived! Only the guests accommodating in Kartal Otel, Grand Kartal, Dorukkaya and Kaya Palazzo are offered the privilege to pass to both sides of the mountain with discounted ski-pass. With the union of both ski areas, the total number of slopes has reached 36. Easy access to both sides is provided through the turnstiles at the top station of the Kazankaya Lift. You can purchase discounted ski-passes from the counters located in the hotels.

    OUR NEW CONCEPT

    In order to provide our guests a better quality service, our concept has been modified to FULL BOARD. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in open-buffet and non-alcoholic beverages served with meals, our famous five o’clock tea and pastry, and the night soup are included in the price. Following the tradition of our founder Mazhar Murtezaoğlu, we serve black tea, our own produce linden tea and water free of charge all day in our Lobby Bar.

    CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

    Early reservation sales are non-cancellable, and other reservations can be canceled if the hotel is notified in writing at least 24 hours before the check-in day. If the guest cancels the reservation after the above-mentioned cancellation period, or does not use the reservation without informing without any force majeure*, 45% of the total reservation price will be deducted and the refund will be made within 10 working days.

    For reservation date changes (except for early reservations), the guest must inform the hotel in writing at least 24 hours in advance. Date changes can only be made for an equivalent overnight stay of the same price.

    In case of leaving the hotel early without a documented force majeure*, 45% of the remaining accommodation fee is deducted.

    All refunds are made in the form of bank transfer within 10 working days after the approval process, deducting the 5% refund fee (credit card and bank transfer costs).
